Refund policy
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

All tags must still be attached

The item must be returned in its original packaging

A receipt or other proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, please ship the item promptly.
All return shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact admin@dnelmade.com as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- International shipping orders
- Customized items (special orders or personalized products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
In addition, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest and most reliable way is to place a new order for the desired item and then return the original item.
Inspection of Returned Items and Refund Amounts
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If the item is unused and unworn: a full refund will be issued

If there are signs of use: 50% of the purchase price will be refunded
European Union (EU) — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Tags are still attached

The item is in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@dnelmade.com.
