The Speed Rope Elite is built around an ultra-slim handle designed to cut grip fatigue during long sets. At 45g per handle, it's light enough to disappear in your hand, letting you focus on rhythm and speed rather than fighting the rope. The slimmer profile gives you a more precise, secure hold at speed, keeping control right where it matters most — at the top of every swing.
It comes standard with a 2mm All-Round coated wire cable — tuned to balance speed and feedback for everyday training — and is compatible with cables up to 2.5mm for athletes who want more resistance or a heavier feel.
